At our local park like on the weekdays there arent all that many people there, so i go there alot to work on stuff, and the dude who runs it just kinda lets u go no matter if you have pads, helmet or anything like that. Its friggin awsome. Do any of your parks have it like that?

there used to be a local park around here that was like that. it was indoor and not that big though. but it was pretty sick. the guy that ran it didnt really care if you were wearing pads or whatever, and when you were taking a break from skating, he had this room with a couch and an arm chair and you could sit there and watch skate vids.......BUT now it's gone. cause the guy became religious and his religion doesnt want their followers to be wealthy and the such. so he had to give the park away..the people tore the park down and now there is nothingness.
and now the only local park is like a 30minutes+ skate away and it's not that good. a 1/4pipe, some weird *** box and a rail pretty much....it's not cool.

I have a local park but it's really small and you don't need anything to skate but a board. It says it's recomended for us to have protection but honestly if they aren't gonna enforce it the only people using pads and helmets are BMXers cause if they fall with the bike it's a great trip to hellnesly pain.

theres only one local park near me. we had one more but i think it got shut down or sumthing. all we have to do is sign a paper saying if we get hurt its our own fault and so we dont have to wear pads or anything. its great.

Aww how sad you don't have a board. I live in Cali, there are tons, there are three in the making here, one a free cement park, one is gonna be indoor but, but it's still in the early planning stages, and one a Vans skatepark. Then we have two more cement ones we go to, but you can just happen to find them anywhere, ya never know.

Yeah lets see here, 1 half ***ed park about 45 miles away, and one decent park (6 foot halfpipe, 3 foot mini pipe, pyrimad, a few quarter pipes, kink rail, flat rail, low box, some rails on the pyrimad) about 60 miles away. The one 60 miles away charges $5 for entry and $1 helmet fee.

At our skatepark they have a bank ramp at the front of the park where you can roll down and get hella speed where there's this rail on the funbox where you can do all kinds of gnarly tricks on with lots of speed and then there's a mini little box attached to the side of the funbox where you can like practice little tricks on and then at the end of the funbox there's a mini quarterpipe. Then on the other side there's a mini pipe with a manual pad on it. Then on the other side it's blank so you can practice like flatland and tech shit.
