f/s flips

ok... i can halfway do a f/s flip, i can land it like a 90 degree turn w/ a kickflip i cant stay w/ the board one time i spun i all the way round but landed like this oposite of a varial flip type thing can sum1 help me

if you cant get around the whole 180, try putting your back foot one the heel-side corner of your board. like you know when u 360 you have ur foot one the very corner of the board so u can let her fly when u spin it, thats what u gotta do except on the other corner.

did you do a f/s kickflip but didnt rotate the 180, and landed it, that means you did a hardflip, a f/s varial flip..
