dude, you said that you gotta ollie higher?? with axel stalls you dont ollie....anyway, its all about the way you come at the coping: you've gotta be quite confident with axel stalls on low things and then you just roll up and and turn a little bit more than you usally do form a little oe...the when you are up, just keep central over your board and then turn you shoulders into the ramp and roll away

These might help ya oldschoolelement...any good?

Rock to Fakies:
Firstly you need ot know how to do kickturns and be able to pump pretty well. Drop in with your feet in your ramp stance and instantly pump yourself up to the other side and just slightly put pressure onto the tail so that the front truck gets over and onto the deck, now just pause it that posistion for a second or two and then just put a tiny little push with your front foot and lift your front truck up a little higher so you dont hang up on the coping and fall down the ramp. Keep your body central at all times when learning this trick, or you will seriously do some damage to yourself.

Frontside Axel stalls:
Again, with axel stalls you need to know the ramp pretty well and know all the basics. Drop in and again pump up to the coping but as you get closer to the coping turn your shoulders into the ramps face like your going to crave a pool and lift yourfront truck and pull your back truck onto the coping and set down your front truck down into the coping . Keep your weight over the middle section of your feet so you dont slide back and when you want to come back into the ramp, just life your front truck and tunr your shoulders into the ramp and keep your body above your board to keep your balance.

Rock and Roll (rock to kickturn):
These are much harder than you think. You want to be able to rock to fakie with your eyes closed before you can do these babies. Roll up the ramp like you are going to do a rock to fakie, get into the rock to fakie posistion and then put a lot of pressure onto your your tail and swing your whole body around 180 so that your front trucks are completly over the coping and then just slam the wheels down and then just keep your balance and then roll away.

I'd advise that you wear a helmet when doing rock to fakies and rock and rolls because if you fall of them then you kinda slide down the ramp on your head/neck doing loads damage to your spine and stuff like that....good luck and if you need anymore help on anything pool/vert wise then either post about it or PM me....
