9 tricks

I found this trick list and it is 9 tricks I never heard about, can anyone explain to me how you do them

1. Godzilla Rail Flips
2. 50-50 Saran Wraps
3. Helipops
4. No handed 50-50 (how do you do them with your hands?)
5. Sidewinders
6. 360 Pressure Flip
7. 50-50 Sidewinders
8. Duct-tape on fingers
9. Removed Duct-tape from fingers

1. quadruple varial railflip with a body varial the other way (in every recent video part he's done)

4. truckstand... a 50/50 is where you stand with your back foot on the backtruck and hold the nose
5. i'll quote some dude from bobs trick tips.com:
"You start to do a switch truckstand but instead of switch your hands like your supposed to you pull the board back and it does a half impossible around your foot and you land on the opposite trucks. It's really complicated to explain. Go to www.worldind.tv and check their archive section. Mullen's Rubbish Heap part is there. He does one in the first 45 seconds of the clip"
6. its when you put a lot of pressure on the toe side of the tail, pop a 360 shove it, but scoop your toe in... the board ends up doing a 360 inward heelflip without using your front foot at all. thats the most common p flip, but any flip without an ollie using your backfoot is a pressure flip
7. you start in 50/50 position, then make the board spin 180 with your hands and land on the other truck... the board doesnt flip, its hard to explain. if you download his rubbish heap part, he does it there too
8. not a trick, but he used to wrap his fingers for fingerflips and 50/50 stuff.

when you say a quadruple varial railflip with a body varial the other way, do you mean that the board does a quadruple (4) kickflip and a pop shuv-it while you spin f/s? or does the board also do a quadruple shuv-it (720 degrees) with you spinning f/s?

quad varial RAIL flip. that means its done from railstand.. its done from heelside rail, and it spins 180 bs, flips 4 times (well, 3 3/4) and you do a fs 180... mullen does them at the end of pretty much all his rail tricks (except when he goes to casper)
