ok here it goes:p ... get into a primo with the grip facing you(dont ask me how) stand where you would normally stand, tipto mid of your foot on the wheel and the middle/back of your foot on the edge of the board. Now slide you right/left foot(one foot only) to the nose/tail. Now bend your knees and kick/slide your foot thats on the tail/nose like your doing a pop shuv-it, if you do it right the board will do a 1/4 flip and spin 180(or 360 depending on how hard you kicked it). Just try flipping it a few times before you land it. Land it and your all set!
;) TIP: it helps to practice balancing in just the primo position first if your not that good at them before trying to do primo shuv-its...
