Well, I still find them hard to get down consistant but..
When I do them just flip the board 180, forget varial kickflips.. do a 180 kickflip jump high to allow for a slower spin. Try to get them about 90o first so you have the landing down. When thats all done, just try to spin the extra degrees :)
Hope that helps mate

All i know is that when u r learning FS or BS 180 kickflips is u can treat it in 2 different ways. u can either treat it like a varial/inward kickflip with a body varial or a 180 ollie with a kickflip. Try both of these and see which one u like better.
for me i REALLY SUCK at BS 180's but i REALLY SUCK at kickflipping while turning FS cuz its like an inward kickflip which i am so gay at so i have problems with deciding which one to TRY and learn. when i try BS kickflips, i flip it fully (because i can varial kickflip which spins BS) but i dont land and i only spin 90 when im lucky. When i try FS flips i spin nicely but the board lands way in front of me and only flips halfway.
Can someone please explain the process and how to FS flip. Thanks
