USE THAT SHOULDER AND ROLL. Gotta use em both together tho cuz if you forget to roll, your shoulder will be so ****ed up. If you fall backwards DO NOT put your hands back to catch yourself, try and turn on your side, a bruised hip sucks but its a lot better than two broken wrists. I've had a lot of injuries so I know.

i think the technical term is rolling break fall and you can do them standing up to practise.....just fall forwards and tilt your shoulder towards the floor so that you roll onto youer shoulder blades/back

yeah, never put your arms out to stop yourself, you'll break your wrists, instead, as you land, compress your knees then fall forward and put your elbow out slightly, fall onto the back of your arm and roll over your shoulder.

you carnt 'prevent' injuries....you are always gonna get hurt no matter what happens, some are worse than others (cuts and bruises)..... injuries are something that we carnt avoid in life...you just gotta take it and forget about it.
