yeah what helps you guys keep your back foot on?

- tuck it in
- get a solid pop

what else helps you keep your mind off of steping off as an instinct?

Stay sidewise and ABOVE the board. I know a lot of kids that always see the board in front of them when doing tricks but you gotta get above that board with everything you do.

yeah jump forward and here is a tip to keep your both feet on the board:
when you ollie and you come down just with your front foot try to ollie and come down with just your backfoot . then land one time with your back foot and one time with your front foot . then when you get good with this just try coming down with your both feet and you get it right

just instead of putting your toe right on the tip of the tail move your foot so your outside "edge" of ure foot is on the end. i found that worked way back when.
