Gah I Cant Wait!

i cant wait for winter!! i NEEED SNOWWWW!!!! only like what 3 months till it should start snowing? (i live in new england, so that was a vague estimate..hell it could start snowing next month, or in october, it's happened before!)

i even got a new coat yesterday!......gah i cant wait for snowboarding season.....if I lived in Norcal I wouldnt be having this problem...but i might also be having the problem of having Arnold Schwatzenager for governor...so thats a plus.

crap man, the end of december. that sucks... it probably even wont snow enough here hard enough until december though.

just go to a dry slope - or the snow dome if ur in the uk.

Dry slopes and the snow dome SUCK BAD!!!!! They are not even worth the money. Its better and more worth it to travel to the Alps and go rip up some serious fresh powder.

i live in maine, theres alot of snow here around the end of october, and theres "machine made snow" slopes all over the place about 1 hour north of me

yeah all they need is a base layer of ice/snow, and 28 degrees or cooler for fake snow. man **** the alps, go to whistler up in BC, shirt, you can ride there almost year round, and the trails are like 5-10 milkes long

I sooooo don't agree with you. I've been in the French Alps, and I must say it rocked hard.... Snowing during the night and sunny during the day...so you got great powder every morning and a comfortable temperature all day long to board.

Here it starts snowing around the end of October, but the resorts only open around mid-November. I just can't wait this season since I'm gonna have a car and my friend has a digital camcorder...it's simply gonna rock. I can't wait :-10:

to all those as unfortunate as me not to have any snow till the end of december: get a mountainboard, it's almost as cool as snowboarding, an u don't need snow to do it, the only thing is that when u fall it hurts shiteloads more an that's one of the reasons u don't go as fast as u would on snow, but it's still some kind of consolation, i'll try an post some pics of me on the mountain later

I've been to Whistler... let me tell you. The only good part is the board park. The lift lines are always m***ive!!! In the alps you can be first to be getting fresh tracks even by 4:00 pm. Thats just how it is. Its way too crowded at Whistler. The only good thing is the nightlife and boardpark.

HAHA Jon, I live in North Cali, and I get to go snowboard in Tahoe. . . This winter, I'm gonna be going up quite frequently to get footy of my friend Micheal, he's a good boarder, I'm not. LOL, it's still fun. Sugarbowl rocks!

One of the best places I've been is Park City, UT. Went there the first time I snowboarded and a week after the olympics, it was so great. That place has awsome parks and pipes, along with a shitload of trails.

no kidding. i dream of the fluffy white stuff. i cant ****ing wait. im going to be riding a new hill in the interior [of BC] since im moving at the end of the month. it should be pretty ****ing dope since the hill in my town right now is in the process of being really developed.
as we all know, really developed hills=crumbums/suburbanites taking over the hill. even though my hill here has a sick, SICK gondola, the promise of a new, non-developed hill to ride makes my mouth water uncontrolably...

hahah yeah.especially when there is a school ski-club. on those days i get to be one of those annoying kids.

and supposedly the big mountain in the area has a new trail. so i'm all down for that. they said it's gunna be an "alpine park" or somethin like that... what the crap is an alpine park? ( and it's not a board park cause there's already one)

I can't wait for snowboarding seasing this year...I'm getting a new board new bindings and new boots yippee! we're suposed to get a lot of snow like during the first week in October :D that would rock...we had an awesome season last year...taking out all the damn skiiers was hella fun on the runs!
