i can crooked my whole box perectly almost every single time but i can't get out of it. it always flips when i try to get out. somebody help me out.

You can do a little nollie out or just slide off. Be sure to lean back and keep your feet locked on the board when you slide off the rail or else the board will flip over and that would suck. I like doin a 180 out because its easier for some reason.

a great thing is to 18o out of it cause it looks better and is easier. it makes no sense.
