I am currently learning to ollie while moving and I almost got it down pat, I think I could pull a semi decent grind if I could just figure out what the easiest one would be to pull. So, in connection to that, what would you say the easiest grind is to start out on? Or do you think I should work on something else right now instead of grinding that I would need to learn first as a basic?

easiest grind to do is a 50-50 which is grinding with both your trucks. i also think you should still work on the basics like kickflips, heelflips, shove its, varial flips, 180's stuff like that.

Dont try any grind until you can place your ollie where you want it consistently. You'll probably f*ck your face and every other body part up really bad if you can't ollie right.

Cool, thanks. I did try to grind a 50-50, and it's still pretty sketchy so I'm going to work on the basics first. Or better yet, getting my ollies down pat.

boardslides are slides..not grinds, but i suggest you try fs 50-50s, they are easier to do than bs 50-50s, and it might help to learn it on something small...then once you can do it like 7 out of 10 times, make it a couple inches higher, and do that the same

three things guys:
fs or bs fiddy fiddy doesnt matter its all about ure individuality.
b4 u learn grinds u should learn 180s doesnt matter which way so you can ollie onto something from the side and land grinding.
and its hard/impossible to do boards on a normal curb
