New here, got a question.

ok hey all...first post woohoo!!!

i use to board about 2 years ago then stopped cuz i broke my arm then it was winter...i was cleaning out my attic and found my board(blind bannana and skull, monster trucks, cant remeber wheels and barrings) i want to skate again but none of my friends do.Im 13, not sure what to do(my poor little head :) ) Should i get new friends and board, board but keep it a secret, or sell my board?

Just skate, man. Don't worry about your friends, if they can't respect you skating, then they aren't very good friends. Maybe they'll start skating, too.

When I was about your age and began skating, all my friends bought boards and got into it. There was a small point where we all stopped..not sure why. I then got back into it after I moved. I visited back there about a year and a half later..none of them were skating..but they wished they still would have..so I think that either way- if you WANT to skate, do it.

You can still keep your friends too...why not?

two guys who i started skatin wiv quit for ages and i ended up skatin wiv this uva group but yesterday they all picked up there boards again and just started.

Yeah, it's hard to skate without someone else, because it's just kinda boring. I can only do it for a little at a time, but if there's no one to prove to that you can do a trick, or no one to compare your style to, or no one to just skate with, it sucks. I would skate all over the place if I knew some people out where I live now, but I only skate in front of my house. I did some Smith and 5-0 stalls on the curb today, though.

i skate alone all the time./ no one ksates on my side of town, even tho thats where the best spots are. the kids are ****in idiots, all they do is go to this once 5 set ALL DAY. that shits a good set, but thats all they do.

I dont know how good u are but its better with friends but its still pretty cool if ur alone and doin fun tricks.:D
