Have you ever gone out to skate and realized that you were wearing clothes that might hang too low and get caught in your trucks? Or maybe wearing something punk like a spiked collar that pokes you in the neck when you look down to ollie? Have you ever skated crappy or injured yourself because of your clothes?

Yeah. I skate horribly in long shirts.

try skating in a skirt... pray to god you don't mess up infront of the neighbor boy..

yah man, if your wearing a spike color or something of spikey nature, you betta watch yourself so you don't get optical puncturing. You could like gouge your jugular or something too. These are serious matters.

Make sure there is no possibility of injury before you skate!

er... yeah... take the spikes off before you skate.

i wear baggy pants, but they dont get in the way.... i wouldn't reccomend skating in UFO's though..

i dont skate in shorts. it makes me feel unprotected. wearing pants gives me some sense of security, which helps my confidence

Skunk, If you dont skate well in baggy clothes, then dont wear them. always wear somthing that you know that you will skate well in, you'll never know when you'll end up skating.

^ dont b a hater, my mate wears leather gloves and has the gothic look but hes a dam fine skater and just picks himself up after cuttin his face hands and arms badly on his first day back to skating

I didn't mean that I've ever had any problems, I just asked if you guys did. The only problem I've ever had is boxers, because they get... uncomfortable.
