I had to use Purple Onion's little bro's Yu-Gi-Oh deck once... I broke the deck on film, it's in the vid we're puting online soon, (Worthless Inc. Presents Misdirection, don't miss it.) I ended up using the trucks from it on a new P.J. Ladd Flip Lurker deck until I got some Calafia ones...
Also, the deck I learned to skate on was a Rage from Dunham's Sporting Goods, which is as bad as a walmart deck...
I read a letter from some kid that was sent to Transworld in this month's issue about how good skaters don't need good decks.

I'd use one if I had to, I mean sure the board sucks but I'd have my trucks on it.

lol, the YuGiOh is sitting in my room in the 'Deck Graveyard' right now... It's funny looking through it cause you'll see like "Element... Element... Zero... Blacklabel... YuGiOh... Think.... A couple of Blanks.... Stereo..." then you'll be like "WAIT A MINUTE? YuGiOh?"

Good one, BlindSheppard. Yeah, that's a good question. If you bet your friend fitty bucks, and then didn't have it to buy a new deck, we can paint you stupid.

i learned a bit on these oldskool boards i had laying around... an origional 1980's issue powell with large risers and super soft gel wheels.
and a 70's roller derby xk (plastic) with free ball bearings in the wheels. i just got my new Zero Jamie Thomas Screaming Eagle in the mail today. its my first new school board, im stuck on learning a popshoveit and kickflip, the board just flies forward away from me when kickflipping its crazy.
