Most Street Skaters I know including myself use either a 7.50 or 7.75 inch Deck thats how wide they are about 30-32 inches long...Your Trucks should be as wide as the board so right now I'm using a 7.75 Deck and I'm using 7.75 inch trucks.

I'm ridin 7.5 X 31 deck. I've found its a good balance between flipping speed and landing area. Trucks are 7.5 too.

theres no real street deck or street trucks, however, street decks are usually thinner, like 7.5 or whatever, cuz thats better for flipage, and wider decks are easier to control on vert/pool. same with whreels, big wheels are for vert, small for street, but that dont mean u cant ride 60mm on street.

7.5 is too small for me. personally, i skate 7.63 to 7.75 x 31+. just an average deck, some low royals and some 51 mm rictas.
