duck tap is a sk8ers shews best freind. ever 1 noes to increas the life of our shews after about a week u duck tap em. and besides that they look totly hagared. but yea. now u can use duck tap on yer board 2. for increased controle and pop put 1 strip of dcuk tap on the tail. sounds stupid i no but its totly hardcore. readly hepld on the tail flips 2.

yeah you can also put duct tape on your shoes too.... it doesnt work that well as a tail guard, considering it'll come off within 15-30 minutes of skating.

shoe goo works too, that's what it's meant for.

Duct tape is the undisputed heavyweight champ of versatility.
Has anyone heard of a bongo board? Its been through a variety of evolutions so I'm sure many species exist. The one I prefer is a section of drainage/ plumbing pipe. PVC about 2-3 feet long and at least 10 inches in diameter. It has to be thick >.5 in. You can find pipes like this at construction sites like apartment buildings. They get thrown away a lot , you may have to cut the length down which is a pain. Here is where the duct tape comes in. Wrap the PVC pipe like a candy cane, spiral style, one pass only, do not overlap tape. Use the old deck of your choice, a variety is nice. Run three strips of duct tape from end to end longways on the bottom of the board. Place tail up on pipe and drop in. I'm sure it sounds dumb but its really stupid dumb. Hours of entertainment in your living room. Works best on carpet.
