Put the bearings as much as you can in the wheel then put the wheel on the axl and bash that shit until it's in. Well maybe not bash you just gotta put your weight on it and it'll pop/slide in.

oh ok how do i clean my grip tape theres lots of leaves and other junk on it and i cant get it off without scrapin up my hane really bad any tips???

Yeah new grip is the best answer.

new, grip, or moist tooth brush. but **** it, your grip is gonna get dirty, and if the beoards edges are jagged u cant re grip it good.
