ok first master ur 180s. it is crutial! then get a good pole u can set on the ground. once u have a stationary low pole ir better a flat rail that is low u put the board at the end of the rail in a stationary 50-50 position get on the rail like ur grindin and do an ollie 180 like the rail aint there. once u can do that while keeping ur board on the rail try it off of a real low ledge like ur grindin it. the go back to the little rail and do a grind to ur 180 and it will be easy. u have to have a reeal good 50-50 to do this. after u master this combo try my personal favorite simple combo i learned in a bout 1 hour a 180 to a 50-50 and like a half cab (fakie ollie 180) off the rail. i learned this the same way.

I don't think you need to master 180's at all...your board won't pop as well on a rail...so if on a rail, you can't pop off. You just kickturn, and slide off...watch a pro do it.

For combo's the easiest is probably a 50-50 (frontside) Frontside shove it out. Punkrock does a really cool one, which is a shove it to 50-50...that's tight.

do you like have footage of that combo? I used to try that a lot...and did land it...but only the stall. If you got footage, it'd be tight.

hey easier way to 180 out aslong as the ledge rail is high enuff you can just swing your shoulders in the direction you wanna do a 180 out
works every time and if you get good at it you can push for 360
