How do u do 360 flips and how do u kikflip off kikers

well a 360 flip is hard it takes a lot of practice u need 2 setup like ur doin a varialkickflip and shove the bord really hard while kicking out 2 make it flip once it has doen a kickflip and 360 shuvit catch it
a kickflip off a kicker is easy all u have 2 do is kick the board a little softer than u wud on a flat ground k flip and jus watch the board in the air once its done a full flip stick your feet down and catch it
