Sure. Use more of your toe on the flick than your hole foot. This way you have more time to move you leg over the board. The flick is really more subtle than most people think.

well, the problem you seem to be having is that when you pop you push your back foot back or out, like to do a shuvit, like youre used to doing shuvits. when you kickflip, just pop straight down, and i guess kick the board. keep most or all of your weight on your front foot, and when your up in the air just lean forward, to get your front foot on the board so that you dont land manual, and concentrate on putting both feet on the board, i know that its kind of instinct to take your back foot on and like stop because you dont want to wreck. the leaning forward when you are landing will help you not shoot out while keeping all your weight back

no offense but the problem is you, im guessing you take your back foot off or something, or is it that you just cant get your board up? if its the second thing i said, just imagine that you arent moving and ollie as high as you can and COMMITT. if you dont fully committ you will fail, most likely taking your back foot off and just looking stupid, lol no offense, i used to do that all the time. determination works, once you start to get it, it will become second nature to you.

i guess you're right.im just kinda scared.one more thing. is it necessary to practice ollie over some obstacle?because i usually ollie over a pepsi can.lol. and tell me one more thing.while ollieng(moving) where should i look?i keep my front foot in the middle and back foot on the tail but ive seen most of the skaters in videos, they keep their front foot at a slight angle near the front truck and the back foot at the tail slightly angled.....what the hell?

well, youll have to glance down at your board to make sure youre on it, but look forward where you want to go, where your shoulders are pointed is where youll go. but when you land make sure more weight is on ur front foot so you dont shoot out or manual if you dont want

For the kickflip guy, if you keep your shoulders paralel with the board, then dont do that. You have to turn them more so that they are more like 90 degrees with the board. This was what helped me. After i tried it this way i had no problem getting both feet over.

my shoulders are always like angled. like not perfectly aligned but not at a 90 with it, more like a 45 degree through the board.
