handstand tips

can anyone here do a handstand and get back on their board?
i can put my hands on the board, run and get up, but i am nowhere near being able to land one or get into one while riding
if anyone has any tips they would be appreciated

i can do that trick its kinda hard 2 explain try 2 use ur hands 2 push off the board and jump so u can land bacl on it

that is exactly my problem... i just try to put my feet really far in so that i land on my heels but i rarely ever land them smoothly... i've done 2 sloppy ones...
