fs bs/ls???

ok i do this trick all the time and i always thought it was just a fakie ollie to boardslide. but now im thinking that it might be a lipslide.... im goofy, keep this in mind while reading out how i do the trick....

i am rolling fakie facing the rail(frontside) and then i fakie ollie, and the end of the board with my right foot on it goes over the rail and then i slide, facing the way im going.

when im not rolling fakie this end of my board goes over it and i boardslide the rail, but being that im rolling backwards the front end is now the back end, so the back is going over the rail.... usually its simple, and when the back goes over the rail its a lipslide, but im not sure. im starting to think that its a lipslide and not a boardslide....

so its a frontside fakie ollie to boar/lip slide?

if the back truck comes over the rail, it's a lipslide. it doesnt matter if you are going fakie or not

That's definatly a fakie lip. Try doing some half-cab 50-50's or something. That'd be sweet.

no its a boardslide to lipslide you need to face the rail the opposite way and then backside ollie to it (fakie sorry) its like a negative 180 if u understand

1.start with his heels facing the rail

2.ollie backside onto the rail a propper 180 not a crappy 90

yeah actually im sure its a lipslide now, cus i pop the nose of the board, that makes the other end the tail, and the tail goes over the rail! its a lipslide!!!!!

i figured this out after usuing fingerboards to see, and i jsut picture eric koston doing the smae trick as me, and when i see him doing it, it looks like a lipslide.

conclusion: frontside fakie ollie to lipslide!

yepperz.....aronsamma had it right the first time...fakie lipslide. It doesn't matter if you're nollieing'...fakie ollieing...ollieing....if your back trucks go over the object- it's a lipslide. Otherwise, it's a normal boardslide (FS or BS....depending on rotation, or course). Just don't get worked up over this.

Half-cab 50-50s? I'll try those tommarow! lol. I'm gonna be at the skatepark while most people in this city are at school...so I'll try it on a small ledge, and tape it..see if anything interesting happens. At the worst, I'll have a good bail :)

The better clarify...fakie, or normal...back truck (with the foot you pop the tail down with) goes over it...its a lipslide. Great trick Chainlink!
