Ceramic Bearings

I currently have got ABEC 5 bearings unknown brand. my friend has just bought a board of a lad from school and its got ABEC 7 bearings also unkown brand in it. I prefer the ABEC 7 bearings more than my ABEC 5s as i find them easier to ride. i was wondering do you think i should get ABEC 7 Ceramic bearings or the normal ABEC 7 steel bearings? i have only been sk8in a couple of months but i am pretty good i think :D

Another thing is i have NEVER replaced the bearings in my board before :p can anyone here point me to a site with a tutorial on how to do it when i get my new bearings.

i dont really notice a difference in speed / noise when i hop on my buddy's board, and he's got the pig ceramics (i ride swiss bones 6) .. other than maybe ceramics are a bit tougher and wont break as easy, i cant think of anything that would make me lean towards buying ceramics the next time i need bearings.
