Are there any decks that are "better" for flatlands? i think skinnier decks would be good but any specifics?

Yeah, smaller width decks are a little easier to flip, me I ride a 7.75 and can flip farely well but its easier for me to flip with a 7.5 or smaller so try that.

yea i ride a 7.5. its very easy to flip. concave makes it easier aswell.

Yeah Id say a smaller deck would work best.

it depends what you are gonna be doing on it. If you want to be the next Mullen, then go for a 7.75 because it's thin and light. If you want to be the next Thomas (doing big ****er gaps and stairs), then start out on a thicker board, mauybe a darkstar, because theyre thicker and can take much more 'abuse' from you if you land wrongly

think are easyer to do flip tricks, but it all depends on you
