help with vid cam

i hav an old like 97 sony handycam but whenever i go to film it just has the eject sign pop up on the screen so i go to push the eject button and the tape wont come out. wut should i do???

maybe try prying it out, its already 7 years old, if you break it it wont be a HUGE loss. or take it to a repairperson
