right i am a big beliver in that u should keep skatin fun and i do have fun skatin ledges messin bout on manny pads and little gaps but wat relly seems odd to me is why ppl ollie stairs dont get me wrong i can ollie upto a 6 set but it jus anit sumthin i like to do i am always scared off stairs and usually only do them coz my mates egg u on and i alawys get hurt doin them to a ( a broken ankle, broken wrist and jared back and knees) so finally my question is does anyone enjoy jumpin down massive sets off stairs do u think it's fun and worth it coz i sure dont

Some of my mates egg me on while I'm riding BMX and it gives me confidence which usually helps. As for skating.. I just like the feeling of accomplishment. That's why I do it.

i love(d) stairs but they scare the shat outta me. i love doin them, and i love how it feels when you finally are like 'okay.. this time.' on like ur 8th try and you land it and roll away like 'hell yah!' and then go try it again knowing you can do it. (but if your like me.. you'll accidentally land in a rose bush and get all cut up by the thorn thigns.. ahh!) anywho... do what you think you can do. i havn't done things cause i 1. dont' wanna get hurt for soccer. 2. fear paralisis.. and 3. know i should wait..

ouch. The more speed the less impact. That is from a scientific point of veiw. I know more speed makes it scarier but when you land you have more force going foward and it takes off the force going down, Just a tip!

I love stairs cause there are many ways of doing the little *****, you either go fast and kida roll down them( I think a normal size of 7 is the last thing you can roll down). Or you can just practice your ollie, not making them huge but making them go forward, that's what you use when there is no runway... Or I just love the feeling of seeing the stairs down and wonder if I'm going to hit the last one when I land... It's great. Then flipping stairs is totally different and great at the same time. I enjoy flipping 10s + cause stairs are just fun.

They are fun cause they are a huge ass drop and a set of stairs at the same time... I just wish I had a Big 4 around here.

i find stairs fun. the largest and only set ive cleared so far is a 4. but i havent tried anything bigger but one time, i got one run on a 5 set and bailed. i found it a bit frustrating about a month ago when i first tried the set, then i didnt try it anymore until like last week and landed it first try. its fun.

yeah its just kinda scary when doing something you havent landed yet. its like you think you are just gonna fall. when im doing big drops though i get that cool feeling in my stomach like i just drop all the sudden and its like i fly its just alot of fun.
