Ok heres the Skoop, last year I figured out my Pop Shuv Its and get em down pretty good I mean I could do them moving and all that, anyway the last few months I've just fell out of my groove, I mean when I try to do em now I always land to far up on the nose and I can barely do them moving now...I understand there are other Pop Shuv- it posts but I also know that theres some new people here so lets hear their opinion.

Ok dude here the popshove it, step by step.
1.Roll at a nice pace
2.Front foot goes and inch behind the front bolts, back foot on the center of the tail.
3.Hang your toes a little off the toe edge of your board with your front foot (not on angle just straight, this keeps the board under u, and from fliping.
4.Pop down hard, and scoop back with your back foot (spins the board) dont kick back just scoop your board around with a little sweeping motion
5.Jump up and above your board, while jump foward the same time
6.Make sure you jump straight foward and over your bolts and stay on track(this is your problem i think)
7.Spot your bolts and land directly on them, bring your feet to your board
8.Land, knees bent,
9.Skate away
10. Do it again

most people think that they gotta like karate kick the board when u just gotta kinda sweep yer foot backwards...it took me 3 freakin years to do a shuvit cause i kept droppin muh toes and it would land on its side.

there not too tough, and theres almost no kick or push. i find its all from the popping rather than moving the board itself.
