Ok first off you didnt tell us backside or frontside, the frontside one is the easiest so i'll explain it.
1.Roll with your feet in ollie setup with the front foot behind the bolts a little.
2.Twist your body the opposite direction thaT your spinning and wind up
3.Pop and at the same when your coming off the ground start turning you lowerbody and have your shoulders follow and stay in line.
4.As you keep unwinding you should spin ( the faster u unwind the fast your rotate.
5.When the rotation is complete just land rolling fakie with your knees bent.
I suggest you be able to ollie at least 8 inches before doing the 180, peace out man

Try moving to some people learn it easier that way.

try halfcabs first, I think they are WAY easier. Just roll along fakie, pop, rotate whichever u feel most combfortable, and land riding regular. In my opinion they are much easier and to legitly be a halfcab u have to be moving, so I shouldn't have to say try them moving.

When you wind up to do a 180, try to keep your body centered over the board. Don't twist yourself up off to the side of the board, or it makes it harder to land. :)

Watch your feet. Be aware of where the board and your feet are. Make sure it's nott just some spontaneous jolt.
