Does it matter if your griptape gets all dirty. Because mine has heaps of dirt on it and I was wondering if the dirt takes away the amount of grip you get when you do tricks.

So when you skate do you make sure the ground is nice and clean. I don't think the dirt makes that much difference

Anyways first why don't you tell us what grip it is?, well if it's Jessups or Black Magic then just get a damp cloth and just rinse it off (coz that's what i did wit my Jessups) and it keeps it's grip good!! anyways yes mud doesn't help of course you feet won't get the traction/grip needed to the gips surface (less grippier to your board) = less control of the board,

mostly in america/cananada they say that they have black magic which sounds good but could be a problem because the griptape could be all fally party so if u say what happens after you rinse it we can help you...if you mean that you have like real mudd on it then it doesnt come off easily!

My griptape is jessup and if it gets really dirty I wash it of with an old toothbrush and a bit of water. But if I have little patches of dirt like 1/2 cm by 1/2cm does that really matter?? Because I not going to waterblast the concret before I skate.

Yeah get a heavy duty scrub brush like for cleaning bath rooms or whatever and scrub the dirt off. Or tell your parents that since its dirty it makes it impossible to skate on and you'll need a new One:)
