Need help!!

I know that there is a lot of kickflip posts but none have helped me. I have been trying it for a month or so and i cant get it. I can get it to flip good but when i try to catch it i can only catch it with one foot. Sometimes my front and sometims my back foot. Any suggestions?:confused:

make sure your straight over your board when u ollie, down lean in or lean back over you board, and instead of bend your knees to pop it just crouch down and watch your landing

Just forward when you do it some people make it a habit to jump straight up which rarely works in my opinion.

to get a good flip u shouldnt flip it all the way to the nose cuz ill slow the flip down.thats what i had 2 do 2 get it a good spin
