BS 180s and bs half cabs

Can someone help me do bs 180s. i just cant turn them 180 and if i do, i end up rolling forward instead of backward
and
Bs half cabs, when i do them, i wind my body up, pop but when i turn 180, my board gets left behind
please help

Pop it like you're going to do a pop shuv it,and make it one solid turn.

well what i ment is i dont ollie when i do mine just give it a little pop when you go to do it and you have more time to spin when you do it. that way you dont have to do a monster ollie just to do it. thats why its easy.

If you're rolling back the way you came or orphaning your board, you probably need to go at the trick with more speed.
