ps-what program do you use to make animations?

have a kid with a board leaning against a brick wall with sk8boy on the board and if it needs animation have his hair waveing in a breeze NOTE: make it like ephie's with a nintendo type of character if u can, thanx

Took me 3 minutes to make it small enough for the forums.
