well a no-comply is kina like a no handed boneless so i would say that learning bonelesses could help.
for a no comply u nedd to be going quite slow at first take your front foot off the board as u do this pop with your backfoot and push down on the floor with ya front foot biring u front foot back up above the board wen it is in the air and put it back on.
this jus takes alot of practasin to get the timing right

The no comply can be done at almost any speed, but medium to fast works best.
Step1. Rolling along the flat ground, put your back foot on the middle of the tail
Step2. Press down as you slide your front foot over the heel edge.
note:Your front foot is holding the front of the board down, but the moment it slips over the edge the nose snaps up under the pressure.
Step3. As your front foot sets down on the ground, step forward and scoop the now inclined and slightly airborne board with your back foot - still planted on the tail. The nose of the board will bounce against the side of your knee if you get a really good pop.
It only hurts the first couple times. so dont think your doing something wrong.
Step4. As you hop forward, shove the board downward with your knee and hop up with your planted (front) foot and set it back on the front of the board, just where it all began.
can be done up curbs or other low to medium height objects, and there are many possible variations.
hope this helps ya.

there is normal no-complys and 180 no complys. i can do 180 no complys, they look better! Back foot-tip of the tail. front foot-tip of the nose. slide your front foot off and simultaneously scoop your board with your back foot like a pop shove it. then jump up and bring your front foot back on. When landed u will ride away switch!

It helps a lot if you put both of your feet on the concaves (the part of the board where it curves)
