How do you get tricks like ollies and kickflips higher?
And how do you keep your back foot on through and ollie?

pop more. slam the tail donw harder when you ollie, and if you jump consistent witht he board, itll stik to your feet

slide the inside of your bakc foot up a bit after you ollie as well...not too much, just a bit...it helps you control your ollies a bit better =)

Jump as high as you can, for the Ollie problem just yank your back leg up faster that way your front leg doesn't shoot the board out and you'll have more hang time to watch were your feet land.

Steriods only make the muscle cells bigger, the steriods themselves dont make you stroneger. Sure, they make it easier to make those enlerged muscles denser, which is really what makes you strone, but you still have to work at it.
