manuals and nose manuals

i need help with my manuals i cant hold them for more then a couple seconds.dont now where to position feet on manuals

and nose manuals every time i do them i fly forword i dont even now where to place my feet with nose mauals to.

this is my personal pref but u should woork it out to see wat works for u manuels jus take practice LOTS OF IT

front foor over bolts back foot square on tail

Yeah dude, theres really no correct footing, just get comfortable and practice with that position, you'll get it after awhile

i hate manuals, id be really good one day and the next, i cant even hold them in. they are so annoying
