an inward heelflip is a regualr b/s pop shove it with a heeflip, it is f***ing hard. lol :). A F/s shove it heelflip is known as a VARIAL HEELFIP not inward heelflip

inward heelflips are harder definently, but if you got your heelflips dialed in...try them. I can spin them, but not land them. I just flick the board early in the rotation, which seems to help

well mrock that was y i asked if a varial heelflip is da same because on my opgae i was doin a varial heelflip and oit hot they were da same lol so i wrote taht i was doin a inward heelflip
