nose manuals

can any body give me some tips on nose manualing. ive always thought they were cool and im gonna start trying them.

When you Nose Manual try to relax a little more and get some good speed maybe and stay centered and then Nose Manual and you should have it.

When you do them, if u hit the nose to the ground you will obviously fall...... You learn this fast and u will probably end up getting scared of hitting your nose. A couple tips, first of all, don't be scared of hiting your nose and bailing, its not that bad and if u aren't scared u will hold them longer (I say this cus I used to be scared of hitting my nose and I'd always put my back down too early, now I'm not scared and I can nose manual like a crazy afghan..... don't know what that reference is about). Second tip, start off slow and work your speed up, I find it easier to gain confidence while going slower on nose mannys, unlike regular ones. Also, I seem to kind of wobble back and forth when balancing for these.. but maybe thats just me... not sure. Well... don't really know what else to say, cus I don't know what I have already said, wow I'm confused, I'm out, c ya, and have fun with 'em.

pariah kinda nailed what you have to do. i would just say to learn to relax and keep ya belly button over the bolts.

i put my front foot at a 45 degree angle when doing them, gives me more stability

Get a stone and draw about 5 parallel lines at 1metre intervals. Start off trying to manual 1m then 2 etc. Its fun.

i have another question, your front foot is on the nose, where should i put my back foot? on the bolts or the tail?

Bolts, If you are trying ollie nose manuals olliem then shift all of your weight to your front foot, keep your arms up to help balince

what happens with me is i camt keep the manual sraight and drift to the side and fall off. how can i fix this?
