backside heelflip

i can spin backside 360's but when i try to do a backside 180 heelfip i only spin about half of a 180 can anyone tell me how i can spin more

Why the sarcasm... BS Heelflips arnt so hard Kicktheflip....

Windup and spin your shoulders hard before you pop.and you kinda gotta kick more forward. It feels awkward when you go to land. Takes a lot of practice and the perfect amount of pop and flip.
