You can get the original called Dogtown and Z-Boys to give you a heads up on the history of skating before the new one comes out.

haha, its a really good movie, it shows how it came from surf board to skate board, and back then they didnt have anyskate parks so they had to sneek in the pools that had no water in them

learn your roots. besides kubo and peralta, who went on to help found the bones brigade,, but yeah besides them, there was jay adams, nathan pratt, tony alva, peggi okie(however its spelled), bob biniak, and a few others too.

The New DocuFilm is coming out soon too - according to the IMDB - it's filming now - Victor Rasuk (???) as Tony Alva, also has Johnny Knoxville and Heath Ledger in.
