i'll admit it''s a bit slow in places, but (if you've seen it) what about helms deep? or the battle of pelennor fields? that wasn't boring, was it?

Just remember guys, we're not trying to get everyone to like LOTR, we're just stating our opinions. But, at that, I have to say that I don't really like the movies that much. Way too long, the story line is a bit too drawn out.

All the diffrent names confuse me. But yeh i enjoyed the third film, but i didnt see the end cos i felt sick, to much popcorn. I never got round to reading all the books, too long words.

i don't think so, the books were kinda confusing, but after watching the movies some things were cleared up. the only book i would say is better than the movies is the hobbit partly causem they didn't use the whole "ye olde english" as much in it.
