Does anyone know adobe photoshop??

well, im kinda good with adobe photoshop 7.0 but just today it made it so when ever i do clouds or somthing like that....it makes it about 4 to 5 times smaller then it does most the time, do you know what to fix that......if you dont get what im talking about then i can re-word it for you. I thought it had somthing to do with the resalution but i could be wrong

just messing, i worked around a bit and put your resolution up to 72 for the web and then try it.
