Get the AL202's (Adrian Lopez pro model) from Circa. They make pretty good shoes.

Vans are always pretty cheap, but i think vans suck. they fall apart really fast. all you gotta do is look around and see what's on sale. try activemailorder or skateamerica or something.

:o i found very good brand name skating shoes at ROSS...anywhere from $15 on up.:( sometimes they may have the shoe laces taken off,but you can get about 3 good pairs of skate shoes there.:p if they don't have anything good THAT day:( ,try again a couple of days later...they may have gotten a new shipment!:) i've seen some world industry shirts there for $10 and below.

get some DC specteres. they are 55$ and they hold up well. i juzt grew out of mine and my little brother got some kid size ones.
