8 - picture taken on last day, last run...top of Blackcomb Glacier to the bottom of Blackcomb. We had fresh powder for the first mile or 2, then more than 5 miles in nice snow until we reach the bottom :).

A nice place to board? Whistler isn't a nice place to board. Your local crap ski hill is a nice place to board. Whistler is one of the best places to go riding!

The pipe = no helmets required although it was still damn big.

I'm not from BC I'm from Montreal, Qc.....and you're right, it's not a nice place to board, it's the best place to board. I've been in the French Alps, and whistler kicks their ass big time :o. The pipe in your second isn't the biggest pipe on the resort though. I think the superpipe on Blackcomb = helmets required....

wow, i thought that was a damn big pipe already, oh well, i've never gone snowboarding with my school yet.....i think theres a trip for 5 days though.....in 3 years

DUDE YOU SERIOUSLY GOT TO GO TO WHISTLER AND THE BEST THING U DID WAS A LITTLE BACK BOARD ON A RAIL SMALLER THEN THE ONES IN OUR LOCAL MINI TERRAIN!!!!! If only i had money like u guys!

Apparently I saw this thread and posted in it almost 3 years ago but now that I'm seeing it again after it being brought up yet again I'll just once again say that...gee...the scenery looks lovely.
It's a shame snowboarder never comes on rr anymore, he was nice.
