Why would you want to shave your trucks down? If anything you don't want to be because grinding does that for you... the more you grind the more they wear.

well...the reason is because i just ordered a new setup, my deck is 7.5" and my trux are 7.75". i know its only a very small difference, but i always like to have the width of my board and my trux the same becuase sometimes i try to do varial flips of of primos and i'm not sure if having bigger trux will make a difference or not in my balance. i probably won't shave them down at all, but i was just wondering if having a deck with a different width than the trux really makes that big of a difference.

ok i understand about your whole primo blance issue so but my trucks are a little smaller than my board at first it was strange but now i can flip the board better like that and when i varial flip out of primo i dont stand on my wheels i only stand on the rail of the board and it makes the flip happen a lot faster.:D
