i saw this one thing on this site it was called a mob varial, if i think a pressure flip is what it really is, it's like a pressure flilp varial, i don't know if i can post the link, but i'll do it anyway, if it's not allowed, delete my post or something

try http://www.geocities.com/aronsamma/pflip.html
just set up where you can get your front foot out of the way, and put your back foot close to the bolts on the tail with your toe up to the edge of the deck. put a lot of pressure on your toe, then pop like a pop shove it. you have to scoop your back foot ina weird way, and i cant really explain it. try doing them no-comply first so you get to scoop down

OK, this is one of my favorite and most consistent tricks. I can do them straight, varial, 360, and sometimes double-flip a varial.
There are a couple of things you need to do for teh back foot:
1) back foot should be positioned so that your foot is angled 45 degrees, pointing towards the nose.
2) only your toes and the ball of your foot should be on the tail.
3) your foot should be off center towards the toe side of your board.
for the front foot:
1) foot should be slightly back from the front bolts
2) front foot should have a slight angle pointing forwards, maybe 30 degrees or so
3) the heel of my foot hangs slightly off the heel side of the board
Now, for the motions:
There are 3 things that need to happen almost simultaneously:
pop down with the rear foot and scoop the board while lifting the front foot off the board
don't worry too much about the front foot, as it will be out of the way since the board is spinning inwards.
the scooping motion is very similar to the scooping motion you do when doing an impossible.
BEWARE: This trick kicks the shit out of your board. It will wear the tail down like no other. I had a flip deck that I destroyed in 4 sessions by doing a ton of pressure flips.
Let me know if you have any othe questions.
