b/s boardslide- roll up at a modrate speed parallel to the rail, ollie turn 90 degree's frontside (to your left if your regular or to your right if your goofy) land with the middle of your board on the centre on the rail keep your weight over the top of the slide when you reach the end of the rail use your back foot to strighten your board out again and ride away.

And the Easiest Grind would be the 50-50 Grind...Roll up to Object Parrelel to it Olie shift our weight over the object and land both trucks on it, Skate fast when you do it and you should be able to grind it through.

Lipside and a boardslide are different by the way you position the board on the rail.

ok, clear this up. A lipslide is when your back trucks go over the rail first and a boardslide is when the front trucks go over first. As for f/s and b/s boardslides ignore weather your turning b/s or f/s that dont really matter. a b/s boardslide is when you are facing the way you are slideing and a f/s boardslide is when you have your back to the way you are sliding.

I'd say b/s noseslides are easier than boardslides, dude, try those, i learned them in like a day.
...As for the boardslide/ lipslide clarification
lipslide: www.skateboard-city.com/lipslide_fs.php
boardslide: www.skateboard-city.com/boardslide.php
Notice how you place your back foot over the rail, then slide? for instance if you came frontside for a lipslide, you'd put your truck over the bar and slide like a bs board
Note:--- I saw some guy do a switch lip, sick!

Noseslides aren't very hard too. If you're starting on curbs and whatnot, you dont' have to ollie

nose/tail slides are not in my reach. when i attempt eaither i A.stop B. front/back truck pops over into a board or lip C. bail hard
gusse it just a product of my "no style style" but any suggestions?
P.S. eastist slide for me-slide that involves the middel of the board becuase i will not digniiy them with the right name(s). easiset grind-feeble

feeble? that's hard to say. you have to keep your front truck in place wihle keeping balance

for my side of the answer the easiest slide for me was the backside boardslide. easy as pie. now i dont do much grinding seeing as all i have at my disposal is a round rail, which makes grinds more difficult. as weird as it sounds tho, in all my trying grinds, i find salad grinds to be very easy. i get into them more consistently than any others.

i can do b/s boardslides but most of the time i slide a little and then the board flys out from under me. I think i need to lean foward more

a lip slid is when you do a 180 reverse onto the rail and do a board slid like that
