It's the combination of a heelflip and a frontside shove-it. Kind of like a hardflip, but instead of a kickflip you do a heelflip.

isn't it an inward heelflip? because a f/s shuvit spins anti-clockwise, and isn't a varial heelflip when the board does a b/s shuvit (spins clockwise)?

^nope. And inward heelfip is a b/s suv and heelflip, what he described was defenetly a variel heel.

i believe hes right, because isnt a frontside shuvit the one that spins in front of you and a backside shuvit goes behind you.

No a f/s shove it spins behind you it goes ANTI clockwise like he said, it's the harder of the two. And combined with a heelflip makes a variel heelfilp ;)

B/s is when the front of your body or board goes counter-clockwise, whether is be shove its or 180's or whatever, and F/s is clockwise and vice versa. Oh, and yeah, that's a varial heelflip.

i hate heelflips. im so close to varial heels and find them easy to spin but im so crap at heels. i used to heelflip evrything, learnt em in lke 10 mins, stopped doing them cuz i was learning other tricks for about a month or two and i just cant relearn them. ive spent hours on them in the past week but i keep ****ing not landing them. cuz i had heels so i wanted to learn f/s shoves to learn varials so i finally got the fs shove and i cant heel. isnt that great :-10:

Varial heelflip : fs shove-it + heelflip
Inward heelflip : normal shove-it + heelflip

Tryhard_skater I could give you some tips on heelflips but I think you should peep Mrock he knows how to run business on heelflips. Holla.
