kickflip thread gone

yeah i posted about making my kickflips flip up to my feet, and now it's gone and i'm not sure why. i did a search on the forum and also looked at that big kickflip thread with all hte links, but thye odn't have anythign that helps.

so yeah , does anyone know hwo to make my kickflips flip up to my feet cuz i've been trying a long itme and i stillc an't get it. i have this problem with not being able to put my feet flat in the air to catch it. also my kickflips don't level so i was wondering if any of you know how i can make my kickflips better.

i know and can anyone just throw out there how to stop yourself from kicking the board away half the time?

well, a solution to that would be to stomp it, which i do a lot and hate. it doesn't look good but it gets the job done...u just have to time you flip so it doesn't flip too fast. if it flips too fast and u try to stop it with ur feet, it will knock against ur shoes and u won't land it.

dude that sucks, cuz i flip waaaaaay fast. maybe ill do that and land a double flip! you never know. thanks too

yeah u have to learn to flip it the right speed. i can land double flips consistently but thye lok really bad haha.

i used to get real frustrated with catching kickflips i just started popping em harder and actually trying to slide while jumping before flicking.

so does it have to do with the timing of when you flip it? for example, flipping it after you slide and are a bit in the air.

yeh i guess. watch your foot go right up to the nose before you flick
