360 flip help

i am having 360 flip trouble, i used to be able to land them at least every 4 out of 5 trys but for somereason i cant get them any more. first of all i cant seem to get the board to flip fast enough and second the board always lands behind me with my back foot on the front truck bolts. someone help me out.

Stay over your board, centere your weight and pop hard.

yea you basically pop hard and flick hard... no offense, but if the flip is giving you a problem... i dunno what your deal is. i learned them in 5 minutes.. now landing is the hard part

the only part of my flip is taht it is to slow but i have problems stayin over the board

ya, i heard of that word somewhere! anyways, just practice buddy and it will all come. buy new transwold, arto teaches u how to do them, or else u wanna do cabalerial kickflips with bastien salabanzi
