im starting to bmx and i cant bar spin. :confused: can n e one help?

i dont even bmx but i can give him more tips than that

so man do u want to do a flat land barspin

flat:right so ride along and lean back and lift up if ya get me and then spin the olde bars i dont really know what im on about but hey its a stsart:D

Air: right go fo it and lean back again but hold the bike with your knees while your feet are on the pedal ok? the spin make sure your feet are on the olde pedals or it will hurt lol!
